Yesterday’s results

BTS competitors are quickly learning that, contrary to popular belief, weekends are not meant for sitting back and relaxing.

chipper2BTS.jpgFor the second straight weekend, four of Friday’s Top 5 competitors fell off the leaderboard before Monday, with second-place contestant garykittilsen proving to be the lone survivor. garykittilsen entered Sunday tied for first place but lost his share of the lead when his pick, Placido Polanco, did not play in Detroit’s win over Baltimore. New leader natale94 seized the opportunity by taking sole possession of first after Chipper Jones hit an RBI double in the fourth inning of Atlanta’s loss to the Nationals.

Fans on Sunday went crazy for Grady Sizemore, who entered the day’s action with a .488 lifetime average (21-for-43) against Seattle righty Carlos Silva. Sizemore couldn’t manage a hit in two trips to the dish against Silva, but he collected a pair of hits against the Mariners bullpen to validate his selection as the day’s most-picked player.

Yesterday’s Top 5 most selected players

1. Grady Sizemore (CLE): 7.2%, 2-for-4
2. Chase Utley (PHI): 6.6%, 1-for-3
3. Chipper Jones (ATL): 5.8%, 1-for-3
4. Albert Pujols (STL): 5.3%, 0-for-0
5. Aramis Ramirez (CHC): 4.2%, 0-for-5

damn mothing really sticks outs for any kind of obvious pick. i thought about young but hes 0-for8 the last two games and hes been known to have 0-for-20 streaks before he starts to hit again.

  2. kevindabears619@aol.com

Jose Reyes only converts on steals about 1/3 of the time, he doesn’t even have 50 RBIs, already has 13 errors, and has
struck out a league high 51 times.

The Mets need Carlos Ruiz to have any chance in winning the division. Ruiz has only 4 errors, only 1 caught stealing, and only 29 SO.

    *it’s 120 in K.C.
*Royals are scoring a lot lately

makes me proud to be a tigers fan. finally getting back in the division races and getting great results from surprising pitchers like gallaraga, bonine miner and dolsi.

was talking about Michael young, texas, and looking at the box score he was hitless again tonight.
Kinsler of texas, i dont think he has a hit since before the all star break.

IT LOOKS LIKE DEEP PLUNGING OF THE BOARD GOING ON NOW.

ITS ALL LUCK WITH THIS GAME. SOMETIMES IT SEEMS SO EASY BUT ITS THAT ONE DAY THAT KILLS EVERYONE.

ONLY ABOUT 2 WEEKS LEFT BEFORE IT BECOMES NUMERICALLY NOT POSSIBLE TO WIN THIS GAME IF ONES STARTS OFF AT ZERO STREAK.

MAN, THE COMPANY THAT INSURED THE MIL BUCKS MUST BE TOASTING A COLD BEER TONIGHT.

I remember talking to someone on here about it maybe getting tuff coming back from the all-star break and it sure has. I feel like I’m a real MLB hitter and I’m in a slump tryin to get back on course and put a streak together.

Man, I can’t even remember what I set the password as. I can’t find where to retrieve it or make my group public if I wanted to.
