    I think it’s a time for a new statistic which would measure how often a player gets at least one hit in a game:

    Games With a Hit or More/Games Played

    In 2004, when Ichiro set the record for most hits, he went
    hitless in 27 of 161 games, so his percentage was .832
    Such a stat would be useful for this contest and beyond.
