Yesterday’s results
The hit streak of bj_hotfox_22 is up to 28 games, marking the second time this season that a fan has reached the halfway point to Joe D.’s hallowed record. The streak was extended with the pick of Atlanta’s under-the-radar shortstop Yunel Escobar (1-for-4), perhaps a sign that this participant has the know-how to keep this streak going for a long time.
In second place, eagles08 extended his streak to 27 games with the selection of Ian Kinsler (1-for-4), and jenner43wilson is also up to 27 games after tabbing Dustin Pedroia (2-for-4). Two more contestants enter the weekend with 23-game streaks.
Yesterday’s Top 5 most selected players
1. Miguel Cabrera (DET): 7.4%, 0-for-4
2. David Wright (NYM): 7.1%, 3-for-3
3. Albert Pujols (STL): 5.2%, 0-for-2
4. Manny Ramirez (LAD): 4.0%, 0-for-0
5. Placido Polanco (DET): 2.9%, 2-for-4
I thought Manny Ramirez was out….I see some got credit for him yesterday and some didn’t. I’m confused.
Manny didn’t play so the people who picked him neither advanced nor lost the streak. The Manny news came out at noon ET so most people who chose him probably didn’t get a chance to change their pick.
Anybody out there that didnt get credit for ryan zimmerman, shows on my screen did not play but extends his streak to 26 games, whats up with that.
