Yesterday’s results

Although Ichiro Suzuki dashed many a streak with his hitless performance on Wednesday, BTS co-leader greg4263 had enough faith in the speedster’s ability to bounce back at the plate yesterday, and Ichiro responded with a pair of doubles in four at-bats to extend greg4263’s streak to 27 games.

Fellow leader redleg ump went somewhat out of the BTS box by selecting Brandon Phillips, but the Reds second baseman came through with a single in five at-bats.

grebecks held onto his share of third place, pushing his streak to 25 games by tabbing Derek Jeter (1-for-4), while wyn11 kept pace with his selection of Ichiro. Five more enter the July 4 weekend tied for fifth place at 24 games.
