Beat the Streak Report: Tuesday, July 19

Pauly Konks was quite the popularity king last night, taming the giant that is Kyle Davies  for 28 percent of you in a 1-for-4 effort. Adrian Gonzalez chipped in to advance another 10.4 percent, making Monday a productive one in Streakland.

Former leader erakelson was not among the fortunate, however, dropping off the map at 29 games thanks to an O-fer from Raul Ibanez. We know he’s been hot and all, but Raul Ibanez? To each his own, we guess.

The write-up has Votto going against Morton — but Morton pitched last night. McDonald is on the mound for the Pirates tonight.

Someone dropped the ball tonight; it was known that Reyes was to be activated for tonight’s game. From before the weekend even, they expected him to be back Tuesday. He wasn’t available to pick.
